The Under 18 Nationals (5th–11th July) is a premier event on the junior hockey calendar, bringing together the country’s top emerging talent.
The Men’s tournament will be held in Tauranga, while the Women’s competition takes place in Palmerston North. Canterbury enter as the defending Women’s champions and will field both A and B teams in each gender, demonstrating the depth of talent and strong development pathways within the region.
This tournament is a key milestone for young players, offering intense competition, national exposure, and a chance to cement their place in the future of New Zealand hockey.
