The Ford National Hockey Championship (NHC) (13th–19th September) will be held in Wellington, bringing together the country’s top provincial teams for a week of elite competition.
Canterbury enter the tournament as defending champions in Tier 1 Men, Tier 3 Men, and Tier 2 Women, highlighting the depth and strength of the programme across multiple grades.
Competing across the board, Canterbury will field teams in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 in both men’s and women’s divisions, a strong reflection of the region’s talent, development pathways, and commitment to performance at every level.
