Hockey Accelerators is back for its first programme of 2021! The Pre-season Foundation program is a great chance for everyone to get back into the groove of all things hockey before the start of the season.  

Hockey Accelerators focuses on developing what we think are the 4 key fundamental skills of hockey which are - Ball Carrying, Passing and Receiving, Defending, and Goalscoring. 

Hockey Accelerators also offers Goalkeeper specific training sessions.

Athletes will be split into different groups depending on their current school year level. The levels are as follows: Level 1 – Years 5 & 6. Level 2 – Years 7 & 8. Level 3 – Years 9 to 13.

Level 1 and 2 will train on Wednesday afternoons at Nunweek Park and Level 3 will train on Thursday afternoons at Nga Puna Wai.

The cost of the programme is $125 for all 5 weeks, and this also includes a Hockey Accelerators Training T-shirt.

Level 1 – Wednesdays – 27^th Jan, 3^rd Feb, 10^th Feb, 17^th Feb, 24^th Feb – 4:15pm-5:15pm

Level 2 – Wednesdays - 27^th Jan, 3^rd Feb, 10^th Feb, 17^th Feb, 24^th Feb – 5:30pm-6:30pm

Level 3 – Thursdays – 28^th Jan, 4^th Feb, 11^th Feb, 18^th Feb, 25^th Feb – 4:30pm-5:30pm
