The Junior Competition caters for players from Year 1 through to Year 8 under the Nationally aligned programme of Small Sticks. 

Fun Sticks caters for Year 1-2 and is played as 6-a-side, Mini Sticks Year 3-4 played as 6-a-side, Kiwi Sticks Year 5-6 played as 6-a-side and Kwik Sticks Year 7-8 played as 6-a-side or 11 a-side. 

The 11-a-side competition is delivered from late March/early April through until end of August/start of September.  All 6-a-side grades run from end of April/start of May until end of August/start of September.  No games are played the middle weekend of school holidays.
